Attending a Mentor IV quarterly seminar is a memorable experience. That feeling of fitting in with other like minded DC's...it's almost like a homecoming! You make lasting friendships among sisters and brothers in the Program. Competition, bragging about numbers and stats is almost non-existent. In the age of people "cutting back" and downsizing, it's refreshing to see DC's with the wisdom and insight to invest in their teammates and bring their whole staff to these experiences. The new ideas and implementation of these ideas will pay dividends in new patients, retention of existing patients and team spirit.
